As data collection of more than 130 years of history is a daunting task, the data collection responsibility is given to interested Rajans. Anyone can volunteer. They will be a part of the archives' data collection team. The team will headed by the Leaders of Specific theme. The data collection teams are further divided into sub-themes and years as given below. If you are interested, please volunteer and contact the President of the Dharmaraja College Archives.
